    These weekly sessions invite you into thought conversations around identity, belonging, stress and personal growth. Held in supportive spaces led with care. You will have space to share, listen or simply reflect.

    Offered in Women’s, Men’s and Mixed Group formats. Online to accommodate our diaspora community across the globe.

  • SAWA SEASONAL JOURNEYS

    Each season explores a powerful theme from reclaiming your voice and creating emotional safety, to letting go of past versions of yourself. You will meet weekly with a small group, guided through structured reflection, storytelling and grounded practice for real transformation

    Offered quarterly | 6 live sessions | Limited cohort spaces

  • WORKSHOPS

    Our workshops offer space to explore key themes like resilience, identity and ancestral reflection/healing. Sessions include guided discussion, grounding practices and space for personal integration. These are ideal if you want to go deeper without a long commitment.

What is a guided coaching circle?

Our circles are small-group, facilitated sessions where we reflect on meaningful life themes — from identity and self-worth to emotional balance and belonging. These are not therapy or advice spaces. They’re guided, intentional experiences grounded in listening, personal insight, and cultural understanding.

Who are the circles for?

Sawa Wellness circles are open to people across the African diaspora. We currently offer dedicated spaces for women and for mixed-gender groups. Men’s circles launch in September. Whether you’re navigating a transition, seeking clarity, or simply needing a place to pause — you are welcome here.

Do I have to speak or share?

Sharing is optional. You're encouraged to bring an open mind and a respectful presence — whether you choose to speak or simply listen.

How are the sessions held?

All circles, workshops, and seasonal journeys are held live on Zoom to accommodate our wider diaspora community across time zones. To create a sense of connection, safety, and presence, cameras must be on for the full session. We keep the groups small and intimate to support trust and meaningful dialogue.

How will I join the session?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and everything you need to know. A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your session.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes — you can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email.

What should I bring?

A notebook or journal (if helpful), a warm drink, and a quiet space where you can be present. Just come as you are.

What’s the difference between a circle, a workshop, and a seasonal journey?

  • Circles are regular, themed group sessions that offer space for ongoing reflection and connection.

  • Workshops are one-off, immersive sessions focused on a specific topic.

  • Seasonal Journeys are 6-week group experiences exploring one central theme in depth.

I’ve never joined a circle or workshop before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many participants are joining for the first time. You’ll be guided gently and held with care — there’s no right way to show up.
