This policy explains, plainly, how your information is handled when you visit this website or work with the practice. It is written to be clear rather than legalistic.

The short version

This website does not collect your personal information directly. There is no contact form and no newsletter sign-up here. When you book, you do so through trusted external services, and your details are handled by them, not gathered by this site.

Booking and payment

Conversations and sessions are booked through Calendly, and payments are taken through Stripe. When you use these, you provide your details to them directly, under their own privacy policies. Bookings may be added to Google Calendar so that your time is held. Each of these services is responsible for the information you give it, and you can read how they handle it on their own websites.

What you share in our work together

If we work together, you will share personal things in our conversations. This is held in strict confidence and is never shared with anyone else. The only exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, or where the law requires disclosure, and wherever possible I would talk to you about that first. Any notes I keep are stored securely and are never shared, and you can ask me to delete anything relating to you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to know what information is held about you, to ask for a copy, to have anything inaccurate corrected, to ask for it to be deleted, and to withdraw consent. Because this website doesn't collect your data directly, most of these are best exercised with the services listed above. For anything relating to our coaching work, you can contact me directly and I will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website may use essential cookies set by Squarespace so the site works properly. No tracking or advertising cookies are sed by the practice. External services may set their own cookies when you visit them, which their own policies cover.
