Cancellation and Refunds

A few things worth knowing before we begin, so that the practical side is clear and we can both give our full attention to the work.

When you book a coaching package, a deposit secures your place. You have 14 days from booking to change your mind. If you decide within those 14 days that this isn't the right time, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable and the package becomes a commitment. This matters because the work asks for it. Coaching at this depth is not something we can do in pieces, which is why the packages begin at four sessions. If you choose to pay monthly rather than in full, the deposit is a third of the package total, paid before we start, with the balance spread across the months that follow. Paying monthly is a way of spreading an agreed cost rather than a rolling arrangement, so the full package total is payable whether or not every session is attended.

Individual sessions, including a single session booked on its own, should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before they are due to take place. With that notice, we'll find another time, or in the case of a single session, I'll refund it in full. Without it, the session is counted as taken and is payable in full. The time was held for you, and at short notice it can rarely be offered to anyone else.

Life occasionally interrupts in ways none of us plan for. If something genuinely serious happens, please talk to me. I would always rather have an honest conversation than hold a hard line.
